Quiet hours are observed between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, with smoking permitted only outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. Any smoking discovered after check-out will incur a $300 additional cleaning fee on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee. No loud music is allowed at any time, and parties, gatherings, or events are prohibited. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Guests are responsible for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. A $300 security deposit hold is placed 1-2 days before arrival and is automatically released 5-7 days after checkout if there is no damage or rule violation.
