Smoking, marijuana, firearms, and illegal substances are prohibited on the property, though outdoor smoking is permitted. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation and a $300 violation charge. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $100.
