The homey living room welcome you to chill and read a book or watch a show. A full size refrigerator, Ninja toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop and microwave will allow you to prepare simple meals. An added treat are original oils and pastels by Asheville artists. The bedroom is the coziest nook you've ever slept in. A comfortable queen sized bed and a tapestried headboard is protected on three sides by windows (with black out blinds). You will feel as if you are tucked into the most comfortable nest. An all-in-one washer and dryer make washing clothes a breeze. During pleasant weather the 200 square foot deck is the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee, watching gorgeous sunrises or grilling out for dinner. This is a one of a kind place to spend some time in our special city. Sunrise Treehouse is located near the end of a quiet dead end street. This is walking distance to downtown Asheville, 1.2 miles to Mission Hospital, 1.0 mile to Whole Foods and a quick drive to much revered restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and more. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. There is a $100 cap on heat during the winter and $75 on AC during the warmer months. Tenant pays $50/month for Internet/Wifi. ONE DOG (PREFERABLY HYPOALLERGENIC) UNDER 30 LBS WILL BE CONSIDERED I have to charge 13% NC occupancy tax on the rent if term is less that 91 days.
