The whole apartment is furnished with the exception of the bedroom, you will have full creativity with bed and furniture. The home is non-smoking. Plenty of street parking close by. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Water and trash included. Renter will pay half of utilities (electricity; internet) and is expected to keep common areas clean.
