The property includes a lanai, gazebo, and observation deck with outdoor seating for relaxing and entertaining. Parking is available via a long driveway that forks, with the right side leading to a guest farmhouse that fits 4 vehicles, and the left side offering overflow event parking for up to 25 vehicles. Explore nearby attractions such as Red Top Mountain State Park for hiking and lake views, Lake Allatoona & Gatewood Park for fishing and kayaking, the Tellus Science Museum with its fossils and gems, the historic Etowah Indian Mounds, and McKaskey Creek Campground for trails and water access. The owner operates a private office from a detached barn house approximately 200 ft from the main home. While they have access to the grounds, they do not enter or interfere with the guest farmhouse or your privacy. The tennis court is available for guest enjoyment but is not a professional-level court; guests should bring their own equipment. The base reservation includes access to the pool and firepit area only. Use of the grounds for events, filming, or gatherings requires prior approval and an additional fee. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking or vaping will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Checkout is at 10 am unless approved in advance; a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard times. There is a 15-minute grace period after 10 am checkout, after which a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from being used. Tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited.
