We are renting our custom shipping container house in Wilmington Vermont. This space is so unique and incredible. The designer/builder created this house to be ultra efficient and to have a wooded privacy feeling. The house uses an efficient mini split heater / air conditioner with added pellet stove heat. Super insulated. The house can be used as a two bedroom or a more open concept one bedroom. Large outside deck with wood fired hot tub. Surrounded with perennials and wild flowers. Minutes to bike trails, boating/swimming at Lake Raponda, and skiing at Mt. Snow. This is a full year round 12 month rental. Please reach out with a personal message.
