We are seeking a tenant willing to take on some caretaking duties in exchange for lower rent. We are offering an all-inclusive rate of $1675/month for rent and utilities (electricity, gas, water, trash pickup, and Starlink WiFi) for a tenant willing to do 6 hours a week of yard work, plus feeding our barn cat who lives on the property. Price without doing yard work/caretaking is $2375/month.

New kitchen appliances, furniture, king size bed, fixtures, heater, and washer/dryer.
Maximum occupancy: 2 people. Pets require a non-refundable $500 deposit.
