Walk to neighborhood restaurants and the annual Taste of North Park. Super quick access to freeways and absolutely lovely area with wonderful, friendly neighbors. There is a "First Friday" get together each month for the neighborhood, where fun, laughter and good food is shared. We own and self manage the property and are quick to respond to any issues. We care about our tenants and we tend to stay in touch long after leases have expired. We expect the property to be available around October 5th. We look forward to meeting you.
