Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, balcony, and laundry room. A private entrance ensures privacy. Each reservation includes one free parking spot in the driveway, and valet parking is available for an additional fee.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine, and violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No parties or events are allowed, and any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), with a $500 fine for violation. No indoor smoking is allowed, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full names (legal first and last names) must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is included. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Checkout is at 11 AM. A late 12 PM checkout may be available for an additional $25 fee, if requested by 9 PM the night before. Early check-in or bag drop-off before 4 PM must be requested and approved in advance. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. The initial supply of consumables and towels/linens is provided; additional items are available for an additional fee. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Package delivery requires host permission, and no packages may be delivered outside of the guest's booked and paid reservation dates. USPS mail delivery is not permitted. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Guests are asked to treat the property as if it were their own.

Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Suitable for children and infants. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.
Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
