Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or unit. Keep balcony doors closed at all times to prevent humidity damage. Tampering with any safety devices or equipment in the unit is prohibited. If the unit has a dividing door, please leave it open unless you have booked both sides. Failure to comply with house rules or building regulations may result in eviction without refund. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App, including secure ID verification via an encrypted third-party app before check-in.
An initial supply of toiletries and amenities is provided, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap, coffee, sugar, creamer, dishwasher tablets, liquid dish detergent, laundry tablets, kitchen paper towels, sponge, toilet paper, bottled water, and garbage bags. These items are intended to last only for the first 24 to 48 hours of the stay. Extra sets of sheets and towels are located in the closet. The building's swimming pool and whirlpool (hot tub) are shared amenities. The fitness center/gym and spa facilities are typically open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Guests may receive packages or mail during their stay, addressed to the building's address with the unit number and guest name. The building front desk or concierge may hold packages. Miami Vacation Rentals and the building are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or uncollected packages. Guests may receive packages or mail during their stay. To ensure delivery, address shipments to the building's address (2889 McFarlane Rd, Coconut Grove, FL 33133) and include the unit number and the name of the main Guest on the label. For food deliveries, drivers may need to call from the lobby. The front desk generally will not send delivery people up unannounced. The Host reserves the right to enter the unit to address emergencies or perform necessary maintenance. In an emergency, the Host may enter the unit without prior consent to mitigate the emergency. Guests must comply with all local ordinances, including those regarding noise, public nuisance, trash, parking, and occupancy limits. The property is a licensed short-term rental in Miami-Dade County. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will result in loss of payments and immediate eviction. Subletting or leasing the apartment to another person is strictly prohibited. Guests agree to use the property and its amenities at their own risk. The Guest assumes all liability for any harm, injury, loss, or damage to themselves or their invitees. The Guest's personal property is not insured by the Host. Guests are encouraged to obtain their own travel/renters insurance. The Host does not assume liability for the condition of roads, driveways, walkways, stairways, railings, furnishings, or other areas of the property. The Guest shall not hold the Host liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of public utilities or for any loss or damage caused by natural conditions. Miami Vacation Rentals reserves the right to prosecute or seek restitution from any guest who causes willful damage, theft, or vandalism. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Host and the Guest. Any disputes related to this rental shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
