The Guest shall not hold the Host liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of public utilities or for any loss or damage caused by natural conditions. Miami Vacation Rentals reserves the right to prosecute or seek restitution from any guest who causes willful damage, theft, or vandalism. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Host and the Guest. Any disputes related to this rental shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
