Note the home has brand new paint inside Home interior and furniture is brand new, everything is new it is freshly remodeled If You do have a pet… there is a pet nonrefundable deposit, which is minimal And there is a cleaning nonrefundable deposit for the property when you move out. Both are pretty standard with rental properties and we're pretty accommodating. This property sits on a gorgeous lot and every day when you come home, it's like being on vacation .. it is absolutely the best view in All of lake Havasu hands-down!! Furthermore, there's a brand new 5 ton air-conditioning unit . We are very clean and the unit is spotless . We also have basic DIRECTV included . We suggest the new owners bring their own star link for Internet.
