No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations, and additional charges for repair or cleaning costs. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. All dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before departure. Windows should be kept closed for security. When doing laundry, avoid overloading machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion, and freshness is not guaranteed. Furniture should not be rearranged. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will incur an additional charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am.
