Lease terms

This property is available on a standard 12-month lease. In select circumstances, a 6-month short-term lease may be considered and will be evaluated on an individual basis. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required at lease signing. This deposit will be returned at the end of your tenancy, subject to the property being in good condition with normal wear and tear. Utilities: You are responsible for all utility services and must transfer them into your name by your move-in date. Insurance: Renters insurance is mandatory and proof of coverage must be provided before move-in day. Maintenance: You will be responsible for routine upkeep and replaceable items such as light bulbs, air filters, and similar recurring maintenance needs. Pets: This home welcomes pets with a monthly fee of $25 per pet. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Parking: Your lease includes one designated parking space. Additional free parking is available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
