Lease terms

LEASE TERMS & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly Rent: $2,400 Lease Term: 12 months, with annual renewal upon mutual agreement. MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS The following amounts are due prior to move-in: First Month's Rent: $2,400 Last Month's Rent: $2,400 Security Deposit: $2,400 Total Due at Move-In: $7,200 Pet Fee (if applicable): $150 non-refundable For an approved tenant with a pet, the total due at move-in, including the pet fee, would be $7,350. UTILITIES Tenants are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own Florida Power & Light (FPL) electric account as well as all other required utility services for the property. All tenant-paid utilities are the responsibility of the tenant for the duration of the lease. LAWN & YARD MAINTENANCE Tenants are responsible for the regular care and maintenance of the lawn and yard and for keeping the exterior of the property neat and properly maintained. Tenants may maintain the lawn themselves or hire a professional lawn service at their own expense. PETS Pets are permitted with approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee is required, if applicable. Any additional pet-related terms or restrictions will be outlined in the lease agreement. NON-SMOKING: The home and barn is non-smoking and non-vaping. LEASE RENEWAL The property is offered with a 12-month lease agreement. At the end of the lease term, the lease may be renewed for an additional 12-month period upon mutual agreement between the landlord and tenant. Additional policies, terms and responsibilities will be outlined in the rental agreement.
