The Yampa River and its trails, including the Burgess Creek Trail and Yampa River Core Trail, are also nearby, offering pleasant walking, strolling, jogging, or biking opportunities into Downtown Steamboat. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund.
