Tennant pays all Utilities, electric, cable, water and sewer. Snow removal is done by the association, the sidewalks are heated, The plows do a great job but their is always some snow around the car to be cleared. The deck needs to be kept clear of snow as best as possible. Lease period ends June 1st, 2027 Monthly rent payable to Lee H May in the amount of $6,000 due on the first of every month. Security deposit of $6,000 to be held until the end of lease term and returned pending any property damage. Comforters for the beds are included, towels, sheets and pillows are not included. Available end of August 2026.

It's attached bath has a door separating the tub/shower and toilet from the vanity area. The third bedroom is also on the ground level with a double size bed, small desk, wood floors and an area rug. All the rooms have a wall of windows. Laundry is also on the ground floor. The home is always comfortable, having both east and west views seeing the sunsets and sunrises with direct east west exposure. Parking on sight is assigned so you'll always have the same parking spot. The sidewalks are heated, snow removal is also taken care of. Available starting August 20th 2026.
