Hello, I have a bedroom in a house in south Hayward available for rent starting June 1st. There are three bedrooms in the house in total. One room has been taken: the tenant is a woman in her mid-30s, super cool, kind, interesting, and well-educated "working professional". The other tenant has not been chosen yet, but you could help choose them. (I am the NON-resident landlord.) If you know someone you'd like to live with, please have them contact me as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood off Tennyson Road, just an 10 minute walk to the South Hayward Bart station (which is then only 35 minutes into San Francisco) and a 5 minute drive to the 880 freeway.
