Approved pets are subject to applicable pet rent and fees. All pets must be properly vaccinated and licensed as required by law. Assistance animals are exempt from pet fees in accordance with applicable law. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for keeping the home clean and sanitary, promptly reporting maintenance issues or damage to the landlord, replacing light bulbs and HVAC filters as needed, and maintaining the yard/landscaping in accordance with the lease. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Landlord is responsible for repairs and maintenance required by law and for maintaining the property's major systems.
