Room is unfinished. Shared bathroom. Currently myself and female roommate. You would be sharing the bathroom with a female. We are super easy going and respect people's privacy. This is definitely not a party house and more a place of relaxation and peace. Freshly painted townhome next to the Tustin Ranch Golf Course and Tustin Sports Park. Appliances such as refrigerator, washer and dryer, microwave, Nest A/C are all part of the property. We have two community pools and spas. The home is hardwood floor with luxury carpets for each room. Two living rooms with tvs to watch tv or hang out. Beautiful home with furnished common areas. It is currently myself (male) and a roommate (female) who live onsite. We are both working professionals. I work remote two days a week from home and the rest of the time onsite. You will have your own room, shared bathroom, and all appliances, amenities, and utilities included in your monthly rent. Looking for someone who is a working professional (either onsite or hybrid) who respects privacy.
