This rental includes a 1-car garage, 2 beach chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a boogie board, 2 bikes, and two BBQ grills (one gas and one charcoal). Guests can also use dumbbells, a barbell, a yoga mat, and a step-up board. A travel bed for babies and board games are available. One pet is allowed, with a maximum of 12 pounds, and there are no additional pet fees.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately.
