Inside the ADU space:
With a separate, private path and entrance, the inside boasts a fully remodeled open kitchen with high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, microwave, and an open peninsula stovetop/oven with a hood vent. The outside space:
There are 2 off-street private gravel parking spaces right at the start of the path for the ADU. You will pass by a line of arborvitae on one side of the path and a few old growth pines on the other, as well as the owner's chicken coop. There is also a comfortable slate patio space with chairs and table accessed at the back sliding door.
Nestled in the quiet, beautiful Marlbrook neighborhood, this cozy home is close to parks, grocery stores, and many great restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel like a getaway from any noise from the city. There is a small and private, enclosed back patio that lets you relax with the trees and the birds that sing every morning from the beginning of Spring until the end of Autumn. This is an attached ADU and does have a couple in their 70s living in the main part of the house. They are very active, respectful and quiet.
