We are renting our lovely house the University neighborhood of Denver, which is also in the #1 rated Slavens school district.… It has four sunny bedrooms and a lush backyard featuring a multi-tiered deck, 3 large garden beds and a pergola with overhead lighting. Big trees, lots of shade. The common space includes a large living room with a view of the front range, a dining room with overhead skylights, an open kitchen and an attached sunroom that is great for dogs - they can freely move in/out while you decide when to let them in the actual house. There is a one-car garage with storage (including overhead), driveway parking and plenty of street parking. There's also a laundry/storage room. The location is GREAT for runners and cyclists with Harvard Gulch Park less than 1 mile away and Wash Park less than 2 miles away (straight shot down Franklin Street). Harvard Gulch has a fun par 3 golf course, too. Minutes from DU. Even closer to South Downing (Denver Beer Co, local coffee, ice cream, Little's Beer & Spirits) and just a tiny bit further to South Pearl (major epicenter for Denver dining). In the other direction there is a King Soopers "Fresh Fare" gourment grocery store less than 5 minutes away on University and Hampton.
