Lease terms

This is a vacation or temp work property. Ideal rental would be one month to 3 months. Owner pays for utlities including fast internet, except TV cable and Gas. Cable can be added if ordered. No removal of fixtures or remodeling of any kind (painting, wall paper, paintings) are allowed. Regular maintenance of property is expected by renter including keeping the outside clean of debris. Renter may not bring to property large items (furniture, appliances), broken down vehicles or any other large items. Renter will be responsible for any damages or breakdowns due to mishandling or misuse of items. No smoking ($300 Fee)! No pets ($300 Fee)! First payment is due when booked. Payment must be made before move-in. Renter may move in on first paid date and must be completely moved out on the day the lease expires. If additional months are desired, they must be booked and paid for in advance. Must remove all personal items and leave all pre-existing items in clean and in an orderly state. In home manual has other instructions and expectations. Renter is required to read and make themselves acquainted with all its contents. No parties, no groups, no events are allowed. Only disclosed renters and pets on lease may stay the night in the cabin. Violation of this rule, will void the lease and renter will forfeit remainder rent.
