This home offers a 3-car garage for guest use and free street parking. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per day, applied to each night of your entire stay. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Shoes should be removed indoors.
