Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or backyard, and anyone under 18 who can't swim must be watched closely. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
