Absolutely no smoking--not even in the garage! *A mandatory additional $29/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes resident portal access, keyless unit access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits. *A non-refundable move-in report fee of $150.00 is required at the time of move-in. *Resident pays ALL UTILITIES. *A valid renters insurance policy is required prior to occupancy. *All application fees are non-refundable once submitted. *There is no charge for credit screening reports run by our office. Our application fee covers staff labor cost to process and score your application. Hence, our policy is that once an application is paid for and submitted to our office to start processing, the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
