Lease terms

Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all electric service to the apartment and must keep the account in good standing for the duration of the lease. Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building. Any violation will result in fees for cleaning and damages. Pets: One (1) pet maximum is permitted with prior approval from the landlord. A monthly pet rent will apply. Additional pets are not allowed without written consent. Parking: A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per lease to ensure adequate parking for all residents. Maintenance: Tenant agrees to maintain the apartment in a clean, orderly, and respectable condition throughout the lease. This includes regular cleaning, proper disposal of trash, and prompt reporting of any damages, leaks, or maintenance concerns to the landlord. Tenant is responsible for keeping all appliances, fixtures, and provide furnishings in good working order.
