The house is facing lake.… No units across the street so you can enjoy the view of Carver Lake and Park area. Couple of minutes walk to beach. There are miles of trails just beyond those trees. Additional guest parking available just across the street. You can view it from the window. During the warm months you can relax and watch the sunset on this nice patio with privacy fencing.
Great Woodbury school district, very close to highway 494, very easy to downtown St Paul and shopping mall, COSTCO, target. Good for work and life.
The mechanical room is located off the kitchen and the house features brand new floor, carpet, and lights installed in June 2025, a new water heater in 2019, new furnace in 2016 and water softener. Additionally, the A/C unit located outside was replaced in 2016 as well.
The master bedroom is very spacious with south facing window allowing in tons of natural light and looking out to Carver Lake! Lake view bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a large closet space, ceiling fan/light and faces south.
The main level features a spacious bathroom with bright lighting and is conveniently tucked-away from the kitchen, by the back entrance.
