The house is located in Ridgeview (On Baily Ave), which is kind of a hidden gem / diamond in the rough. The street is extremely quiet with almost no through traffic, giving it a very private feel while still being close to everything. A lot of the neighbors regularly walk around the neighborhood, including the current tenant, and it has a laid-back community vibe that's hard to find in central San Diego.
Current roommate is a working professional (male) who works from home and spends most free time surfing, rock climbing, and staying active. Looking for someone easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
