Available: August 1, 2026 Property is currently occupied. Due to the property being occupied, interested applicants must complete a Zillow application prior to scheduling a showing. Applications must be submitted through Zillow and include the Zillow screening report, credit report, background check, and income verification for each applicant age 18 and older. SCREENING CRITERIA Minimum household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent is required. The following factors disclosed on the Zillow screening report will be considered when determining applicant eligibility: - Credit score (minimum 720) - Accounts in collections - Eviction history - Bankruptcy history - Ability to verify current employment - Ability to verify household income - Rental history, including payment performance and lease compliance - Criminal history, subject to applicable laws Applicants are encouraged to upload recent pay stubs and supporting documentation with their application. Applicants who meet the screening criteria will be considered in accordance with applicable laws and screening procedures. LEASE TERMS: - Rent: $2,795 per month - Lease Term: 12 month lease available - Security Deposit: $2,795 - First month's rent due at lease signing - Tenant responsible for electric, gas, garbage, water, and sewer utilities - Tenant responsible for lawn mowing, edging, watering, and general yard maintenance - Landlord provides seasonal lawn fertilization and weed-control service - Non-smoking property (including vaping) PETS Dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis. - Maximum of 2 dogs - $300 refundable pet deposit per approved dog - $25/month pet rent per approved dog Service animals and assistance animals are not considered pets and will be accommodated in accordance with applicable laws.
