Other half is being used for owner storage. Pet Policy: Pets are considered case-by-case, and a pet deposit may apply. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for basic maintenance tasks, including keeping the property clean, snow removal from the driveway and roof, yard maintenance, and the upkeep of the fire pit area.
