For bookings of 10 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is required and will be arranged. For stays of 21 nights or more, complimentary cleanings will be scheduled every 14 days. A valid ID and a few additional details may be requested upon booking. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property; please smoke at least 30 feet away from the building. Violations may result in additional cleaning and deodorization fees starting around $250. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violations may result in a $300 fine and possible termination of the reservation. Alcohol is permitted indoors only. Please keep driveways, patios, and shared areas clean; violations may incur a $250+ fine. Grilling or BBQ is not allowed anywhere on the property. Large trucks or oversized vehicles must use alternative parking. Standard checkout is 11:00 AM, with late checkout fees applying after that time. Please do not move or rearrange furniture, as a minimum $50 fee will apply if furniture is moved or damaged. Lost keys will incur a $100 replacement fee.
