The area is bike-friendly and has access to nearby parks and trails for more active travel. Keep gatherings indoors and respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home or garage; smoking must take place at least 30 feet away from the building. Violations may result in extra cleaning fees (starting around $250). A maximum of 10 guests is allowed, including children. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Alcohol consumption must remain indoors. Grilling or BBQ is not permitted. Large trucks or oversized vehicles should use off-site or alternative parking.
