Guests have access to a nearby outdoor pickleball court within walking distance, and paddles and a portable net are provided upon request. Garage parking is available. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet. A complimentary mid-stay cleaning is mandatory for any stay of 10 nights or longer, and guests staying 21 nights or more will also receive complimentary cleanings every 14 days throughout their stay. All cleaning appointments will be planned with the guest ahead of time.

The area is bike-friendly and has access to nearby parks and trails for more active travel.
Keep gatherings indoors and respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home or garage; smoking must take place at least 30 feet away from the building. Violations may result in extra cleaning fees (starting around $250). A maximum of 10 guests is allowed, including children. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Alcohol consumption must remain indoors. Grilling or BBQ is not permitted. Large trucks or oversized vehicles should use off-site or alternative parking. Please help keep little adventurers safe by locking doors and watching them near the water and deck. A valid ID may be requested when you book. Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly crated and must follow all quiet hours. Pets are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or costs related to excessive hair or odor removal. Late checkout fees apply. A $50 fee may apply if furniture is moved. Lost keys have a replacement fee of $100.
