This spacious home has multiple levels with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The large corner lot and play or lounging areas in the back allow for lots of outdoor space. There is a 2-car garage with workbench and electric grill that can be used in the front space. There are hardwood floors and newer carpet, as well as new paint and upgrades to interior doors and trim. Vaulted ceilings with a center bean welcomes people into the home with 2 spaces for gathering right in front. Enter to the upgraded kitchen with lots of counter space, oversized fridge and other matching appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances as well, dishes, cooking pots and utensils and some basic spices. There is an eat-in area open to the TV area below. A short set of stairs leads to the TV area with a sleeper sofa and recliner as well as other guest seating. Smart TV is mounted and can be angled. The tall fireplace is a beautiful feature but fires are not allowed and it is sealed for safety and efficiency. Down the short hall is the washer and dryer (included) as well as the door to the garage and the 1/2 bathroom. A short set of stairs off the TV area lead to the basement which has the office and 4th bedroom (closet and egress window). There is another Smart TV mounted in the basement and a pool table equipped with supplies. The final set of stairs near the front door leads up to the full bathroom that has a separate door from the tub/toilet area to the sink. A little further down the hall are the 3 bedrooms all with closet space, queen beds, and bedside tables. The main bed room also has a dresser and smart TV, as well as a sink/vanity area separated by a door to the tub/toilet area. There are black out curtains over all the windows in the upstairs bedrooms and the basement, as well as blinds for all the other windows that operate very nicely. This spacious home is set on a small cul de sac with quiet but friendly neighbors and access to Lake Macintosh only a few minutes walk away. There are several restaurants and shops close by as well as Safeway grocery is less than a mile down the road. This Northwest location provides great access to Lyons or Estes Park or a shorter commute to Boulder. This location is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Longmont and there are lots of bike paths available.
