Cypress Woods is situated just off Immokalee Road, a few minutes from I-75, and features an 18-hole golf course designed by Gordon G. Lewis. The community also offers a scenic walk trail. The property is approximately a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers International Airport.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately. Pets are not allowed. Access to the property is contingent on HOA approval and signing of a lease and HOA paperwork. This is a self-check-in property; approved guests will receive a unique code for access throughout their stay. A vehicle is recommended as Naples is a large metro area.
The owner will pay all or some of the transfer fees. As of July 2025, the transfer fee is $950. For stays of 2 months or less, the owner will cover $500 of this fee. For stays of 3 months or longer, the owner will cover $1,000. There is an additional golf membership transfer fee and a processing fee due to Cypress Woods that is not included with the fees for this booking and must be paid separately.
