Lease terms

Minimum 1 year lease required. Utilities and water paid by tenant. One designated parking space is I ncluded. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to move-in. Tenants must maintain renter's insurance during the lease term. Failure to comply with lease terms, property rules, or local regulations may result in lease termination in accordance with California law.
