A cat or two is okay, no dogs. I love dogs, but I live in the unit under this one and don't want dog noise (speaking from experience).

I also have quarterly pest control done for preventative maintenance (never had any issues but want to keep it that way).
I've owned/lived in this building for over 7 years. I'm looking for a clean, respectful, responsible tenant.
Note: this is not the prettiest area; if having a homeless shelter nearby is an issue, please don't bother reaching out. Take a walk/drive around the area if you have any doubts. I have tenants who've been here for 4 and 6 years, still going strong. When it's a fit, it's a fit.
