This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. Enjoy a king bed in the bedroom, twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is ensuite with a shower and tub combo and a "Jack and Jill" style entrance. The living room offers vaulted ceilings and a cozy balcony.
Guests can enjoy the seasonally heated community pool and hot tub. A pay-per-use community laundry room is available on the same floor next to the stairway. Parking is conveniently located close to the building.
Shelly Sands is ideally located across the street from the world's most beautiful beaches with private gated beach access. Situated along Scenic Highway 98, you'll find numerous restaurants, beach stores, and attractions. Nearby destinations include Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, Big Kahunas, and The Track, all just a few minutes' drive away.
The exterior of the building is currently undergoing painting and minor repairs, which may cause some noise or exterior disruption. Please note that this is a third-floor unit with no elevator access, requiring three flights of stairs. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony, with potential forfeiture of the security deposit for odor removal. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Golf cart, trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and towing fees may apply. All issues or damage must be reported immediately, as guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. The air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees; guests are responsible for repairs if AC issues are caused by freezing the unit.
The open-concept kitchen area includes a breakfast bar and dining table with adequate seating, suitable for a workspace for those "work from home" trips.
This unit is not a good fit for guests with mobility issues or concerns.
