We are looking for 1-4 clean and respectful tenants who will treat the place like a valued home and show consideration towards the surrounding neighbors. Finalist applicants will be asked to pay for and provide results of a screening (background, credit, ect.) done through Zillow. Owner lived here for ~5 years before moving out in 2023. Since 2018, all windows have been updated, refrigerator/freezer unit replaced, and washer/dryer updated. Carpeted areas have received annual cleaning and tenants have maintained the high standard of care and cleanliness that the owner set as precedence. This four bed/two bath condo home has high ceilings, ample space, a working fireplace, a private porch with a set of patio furniture provided for use, access to a pool, as well as extensive nearby nature walks, running trails, and biking trails. Commute to CSU campus is easy via bicycle, public transport, or a combination commute via vehicle and public transport. We have chosen to avoid a rental agency to keep the home more affordable therefore direct communication between tenant(s) and landlord is offered. This is the landlord's only property so she is highly attentive and responsive. There is a single garage space available for use along with ample parking in the lot and on the street. Several spaces around the property have been tended for gardening which you are welcome to use. The home has baseboard heating (each room can be controlled independently) as well as a whole-house-fan and one portable window AC unit for cooling during the summer months. Shoveling, salting, lawn mowing is all taken care of by the HOA. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one attached to the bathroom and the other, which is notably smaller, has typically been used as a shared office space or workout space. The upstairs bathroom has a large sink and vanity area, toilet, bathtub and shower. Downstairs, there is a large storage closet, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms are garden level with good windows. One of the bedrooms is close to double the size of the other rooms with two shallow closet spaces and two windows. The other bedroom is about the same size as the large upstairs bedroom, but with a walk-in closet almost the same size as the room. The bathroom has a large sink and vanity space, contains the washer/dryer, and has a walk-in shower.
