Electric, water, trash, internet, and GET Tax are $150. The Ohana is towards the end of a cul de sac street for privacy. It is close to restaurants, shops, and all the nightlife that Kihei has to offer and is in a very central location on the Island. It is available for occupancy starting July 6th 2026.
