There is no long-term guests allowed without prior authorization from landlord. Guest stay limited to three consecutive nights. Tenants are responsible for clogged pipes and drains and broken furniture and items. Must show proof of income. Absolutely no pets under any circumstances whatsoever. no smoking of any kind allowed on the property. Landlord must be able to access the barn in the backyard at all times so a path on the driveway must be kept free and clear. We don't not Acess this regularly and we notify you in advance before entering the property unless an emergency arrives. The driveway is wide enough and there is a detached garage. Background check and employment verification will be done prior to accepting terms of the lease. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric and water bills over 120/month max 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids under age 18. Nopets of any kind no exceptions at all.
