The rent is $700 and includes the utilities, washer and dryer, and access to kitchen supplies and common areas. The house is less than 7 minutes from Fort Eisenhower gate 1 and 9 minutes from gate 6. After the tenant screen, it's $1,300 to move in (The first month's rent and security deposit) and a month to month lease. Military people are preferred.
