Qualifications: Applicants should generally meet the following criteria: - Minimum credit score of 650 - Positive rental history - No prior evictions - Background screening required - Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in. All tenants must be covered by a policy with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage throughout the duration of the lease. Applicants who do not meet all criteria may still be considered with additional supporting documentation or a qualified co-signer, consistent with applicable law.
