The house is spacious with good light and a large yard with plenty of trees and privacy. Nearby amenities include; Grayson Stadium, the Truman Linear Trail, Whole Foods, Aldi's, Cava's and Daffin Park. We have restored this home in two phases from the ground up. The plumbing and electrical service in the house are new as is the HVAC system. We put these services in when we bought the house which likely dates to the 1930s. The new kitchen and appliances were installed in the at the same time with the exception of the new washer and dryer which will arrive soon. The middle bathroom has been completely restored and the back bathroom is a new addition to the house. Most of the windows are new insulated windows. The attic and crawlspace are insulated with spray foam and we just insulated the exterior walls this year when the new board and batten siding was installed. Most of the floors are painted or stained hardwood. The front porch was restored recently and is once again a welcoming feature to the house.
