Bloomingrove Drive is a county road, so it is always plowed, and the driveway and all outdoor maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowners. There is designated off-street outside paved free parking for 1 car next to the front entrance. The home is located within a mile or two of many popular retail and grocery stores, Hudson Valley Community College (and several other universities), downtown Troy, and in close proximity to two YMCAs, gyms, laundromats, libraries, and entertainment venues.
