Guests can also enjoy the community fitness center, a full-service restaurant and bar, a beach volleyball court, mini golf, canoe and kayak rentals, and basketball. A complimentary propane grill is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, with weight restrictions applying.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited; only propane grills are permitted, and using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The pool heating system may not work well in very cold weather, and the pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold. Pool and spa heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks. Guests must be 25 years old or older unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed.
