There is also a loft area and a detached bathroom in the hallway.
The private pool and spa are available for an additional cost of $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, billed separately. Guests can request pool heating after booking, and it will be activated 24 hours prior to arrival if prepaid. Complimentary propane grill use is included, and guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The pool heating system may not work well in very cold weather and may auto-pause for safety. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
