You can also walk to the City Park and Main Street. It has a brand new kitchen and comes with a refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a microwave. There are 2 private parking spaces off of the main road, a 250-foot fenced-in backyard, a bathroom, a new shower room, a large bonus/storage room 130 sq. ft. located in the back of the home. You may enter through the front, or back of the house. The windows have new curtains. There are two smaller bonus rooms. The water is included in this monthly price. The renter will pay utilities and be responsible for keeping the outside of the yard and areas clean and tidy. If you do not play well with others, this is not the home for you. Due to the allergies of the owners, there is no smoking on or around the property. Only serious inquiries. An application must be filled out and submitted to walk through the property. Thank you! This is a month-to-month lease and requires a 30 day written notice for termination at any time. The owner requires a first and last months and deposit paid before move-in, all utilities are the renters responsibility (electricity, gas, trash, wifi) except the monthly water bill. The water will be paid by the owner.
