Tenant pays for replacement of light bulbs and smoke detector batteries in their apartment when needed. One year lease. Renews automatically unless tenant decides to move at the end of their first year of lease. Refundable security deposit of $1000 (upon exit inspection of repairs and cleaning that may be needed). Nonrefundable pet deposit of $300 (no monthly pet rent). 2 cats allowed or one small dog of non-vicious breed. Please call or email to make an appointment to tour the apartment. You may pick up an application at that time if desired. We are usually available for lunch-time showing during the week (11:30am-1 pm) and anytime on the weekends.
