Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following: You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to lease. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. You understand that your Move-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us. We reserve the right to cancel any lease/renter agreement that does not meet our verification check criteria. Pets ARE conditionally allowed depending on size. Please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid breach of lease. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet $300 With four reserved parking spots (abundant city street parking available, and more than any area of typical Long Beach street parking). No Motorized Vehicles/Bikes or irregular items (unless prior submitted, assigned to designated location by digitally approved). No "unauthorized/unapproved" motorized vehicles or bikes: Guests are not permitted to bring any "unauthorized/unapproved" motorized vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles onto the property. This includes any form of personal transportation that requires a motor or engine to operate that has not been submitted and approved by the host through text or email. No Irregular or Unapproved Items: To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, the bringing of any items not typical to a vacation rental, such as large equipment, oversized furniture, or other irregular or unauthorized items, is strictly prohibited, that has not been submitted and approved by the host through text or email. Furniture and Property Movement Do Not Move Furniture: Guests are kindly asked not to move any furniture inside or outside of the property. This includes rearranging or relocating furniture, as it may damage the property or interfere with its setup and functionality. Trash Bins: Guests are also not permitted to move or relocate trash bins. Please dispose of waste in the designated areas without moving any bins from their original placement. Please note that our property is currently undergoing further renovation phases, and other residents are still moving in. As a result, you may experience some noise during regular business hours. We strive to ensure a comfortable stay and appreciate your understanding as we finalize improvements to enhance our accommodations NEIGHBORHOOD & NOISE DISCLAIMER Urban Vibes: Our property is located in an area that captures the essence of city living, which means you can expect a lively atmosphere and ambient noise Up-and-Coming Area: This neighborhood is in the midst of transformation and has a diverse, eclectic character. It's a place where old meets new, and it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Noise Levels: Due to the urban setting, you may experience higher noise levels, especially during peak hours. Community Awareness: While the area is evolving, it retains a raw, authentic charm. We recommend always being aware of your surroundings, as you would in any urban environment. Guests are kindly requested to use their personal log-in accounts to access and enjoy streaming services during their stay and ensure they log out of their personal accounts upon check-out. Note: Surveillance cameras in the front entrance doors (including laundry room) and all outside corners of the exterior only for security, recording at all times. Should you require linens for the sleeper sofa, we kindly ask that you request them at the time of booking. For same-day reservations, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please be aware that our ability to do so may be limited if our housekeeping team is not available. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to host you! -An extra guest fee of $500 per guest per night will be applied automatically additional guests after the eighth (due to Long Beach City ordinances for this property, no more than 8 guests are permitted to a stay). -Unauthorized guests, whether visiting or staying overnight (both adults and children), will incur a charge of $150 per guest per day (pertaining to any amount under 8, so 2-8 in count, -No parties, please. Gatherings with family/friends are permitted (if prior submitted and authorized). *Per Airbnb policy, a party is defined as 17 or more people* but due to Long Beach City ordinances for this property, no more than 8 guests are permitted to a stay. - Loud music, noises, screaming, or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. Please be respectful of the adjacent neighbors. You will be asked to leave if the neighbors complain, and this will also result in the termination of your reservation. - There is no access to the mailbox. Please refrain from sending anything through USPS. CHECKOUT TIME: - Dispose of the trash in room before your departure. -There are 8 cameras on the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside. 5 are in the front, 2 are in the back, and 1 on the side. - Please inform us if anything breaks in the house. - There is a $30.00 dollar charge for a damaged towel, $50.00 damaged sheets, and $100.00 Duvet - No smoking/ vape within the property or around neighbors' homes. There is a dedicated smoking areas on the deck in front. - Smoking/vape is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. Neither cannabis nor cigarettes are allowed. VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING RULES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE CLEANING CHARGE OF $1000. - We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the X-Sense Wi-Fi Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (which automatically remotely notifies Host if tampered with), the cameras, and the UltraLocQ an Eufy Security encode door lock. If any of these are tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers or management to the premises. This will also result in the termination of your reservation. By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Occupant, Occupant's guests or licensees, or their personal property
