We are looking for someone to take over our lease at Infinity LoHi.…
One of the biggest benefits is that you'll be assuming our already secured lease rate rather than starting a brand-new lease directly with the leasing office. Once in contact with me, we will initiate contact with them for steps to takeover.
Move-in is available September 1 (flexible), even though the lease officially begins August 24. We'll cover the prorated rent from August 24 until your agreed-upon move-in date, so you won't pay for those extra days.
The lease term is 12 months ending on August 23rd 2027.
We're also flexible on move-in timing and happy to work with the right tenant to make the transition as seamless as possible.
