Beach chairs, body boards, beach toys, and an umbrella are provided so you can make the most of your stay. One private garage parking space is included and accommodates most standard vehicles.

Getting around is effortless! With 1 dedicated garage parking spot (ideal for a small-to-medium car), you can easily explore greater San Diego, including Pacific Beach, La Jolla, and Downtown. If you prefer not to drive, the neighborhood is exceptionally walkable and bike-friendly most daily essentials, beaches, and local eateries are just a short walk away. We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.
All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 5% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
A $500 refundable security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card prior to arrival. This hold will be fully released after checkout, pending an inspection of the property to ensure no damages or missing items.
