The main home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishes, cookware, bakeware, small appliances, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker. The first floor includes a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower, a bunk room with queen-over-queen bunk beds and trundles, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The second floor boasts two master bedrooms, each with a king bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The third floor offers a queen sleeper sofa, a full shared bathroom, and a wet bar with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave, along with a balcony overlooking the pool deck and a small balcony off the king bedroom with breathtaking water views. The carriage home provides two bedrooms: one queen bedroom with a wet bar and mini fridge, and one king bedroom, sharing a full shared bathroom. Each bedroom in the carriage home has a porch entrance overlooking the pool deck. Entertainment is provided by Roku-enabled TVs and Hulu Live.
A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available for guests age 25+ for cruising to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. The private pool oasis features loungers, a dining area, cozy seating, a fire pit, cornhole boards, and an outdoor ping pong table. Pool heating can be added for a seasonal fee upon request. This is a pet-friendly home, allowing up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, due before check-in. Pets must be house-trained, not permitted on furniture, and crated if left unattended. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this retreat is directly across from Destin Commons, offering abundant shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive east, providing more shopping, dining, and a play area for kids. Numerous public beach accesses are within walking or golf cart distance.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. Spring break/student groups under age 25 must notify before booking, as additional requirements apply, including signing a student agreement and bringing $100 cash per person at check-in for a refundable security deposit. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. All drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival and must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage. Only registered guests are allowed on the property; no unapproved visitors or extra overnight guests are permitted. Do not rearrange furniture. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup, and trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned.
